I am asked to supply samples of articles I have written quite a lot, so as it's often simpler to give a URL than send loads of attachments, this is where a sample of my published articles will eventually end up.
For 5 years from 1994 until 1999, I wrote, edited, printed and distributed a home business magazine called Biz op News. When it started, it was one of many magazines of its type. When it ended, only a handful remained and most of those that were left have long since gone. The fact that BON was around for 5 years was an achievement in itself, but the one thing that BON is probably remembered for is the exposing of a succession of scams, most notably Body Bite the product we dubbed "The World's Most Expensive Biscuit". I am still occasionally asked for sample copies of BON (yes there are some very out of date mailing lists out there|) and I also come across people who remember the magazine. I am therefore putting together a selection of pages and articles from the magazine on a Biz Op News mini site at www.neilogden.co.uk/bizopnews You will eventually find on this site the full Body Bite story bringing it right up to date with what happened in 2006, and a selection of other items we covered during the magazine's time in print.
